Hangzhou Yijiangnan Tea

Recent Tasting Notes

I really enjoy this tea whenever I’m feeling down. It has a lot of nutrients and seems to help with whatever ails me, whether headaches or a sore throat.

It smells savory, peppery with a hint of baked bread. The taste itself is much sweeter due to the rock sugar and dried fruits, though it’s kept from being to sweet by the flowers. I generally re-steep this and add more than the typical 8 ounces so that it isn’t too sweet.
