Fengqing Tea Factory (Tuocha Tea)

This was over the course of twelve steeps a nice tea. It started off bitter sweet. After the leaves opened up it was just bitter. Then a sweet note developed but there was a bitter aftertaste. Soon this disappeared and it was just sweet. Not sure what to call the notes so I won’t try to describe them.

I steeped this twelve times in a 150 ml gaiwan wiih 8.1g leaf and boiling water. I gave it a 10 second rinse. I steeped it for 5 sec, 5 sec, 7 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec, 20 sec, 25 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec, 1 min, 1.5 min, and 2 minutes.
