made a quick cup and savored it before hopping on my bike into work today. 2nd steep left over from yesterday morning in the yixing. I could’ve steeped it for longer, but as I mentioned, it was a quick cup.

a little on the weak side today, as i continued my brews from yesterday. I think the limit is about 8 gaiwan steeps.

Continued the steep in a Gaiwan from yesterday.. Running on the 7th or 8th steep. Very nice dark roasted flavors. Going to need a fresh batch soon.

Extremely aromatic and so so fresh and green. A winning Oolong from spring.

I felt like I was going to die today from eating way too much at lunch and I figured I’d have a cup of tea before I leave the earth. I happened to have a stash of this at work, so I brewed it for like 30 seconds (hard to count while dying…) I’ve only had a few sips and I’m already feeling better. Way to go Supreme Monkey Picked Oolong! You saved my life.

Very balanced and smooth. 3rd and 4th steeps are the most flavorful. A large step above the regular grade monkey picked from Aroma Tea Shop.

Another rice milk banana matcha smoothie. This time with fresh blueberries and flax oil!

Just made a Matcha Rice Milk and Banana Smoothie. I also put a little vanilla protein powder in there. Very good and recharging.

almost out of this stuff. It’s been good while it lasted, but I can’t wait until I can get some new kinds of oolong.

I got about 10 steeps out of this fresh oolong. super smooth, very aromatic. impossible to oversteep. This is my favorite oolong since the 4 Seasons from Samovar.

Very clean nose. Reminds me of the fresh smell of rain. Refreshing taste. Extremely enjoyable.

I steeped this pot PERFECTLY. I used below boiling water and let sit before rinsing these delicate looking leaves. Steeped for 15-20 seconds. Nice light piss greenish/yellow color. Extremely smooth taste. Nice warm fuzzy feeling. No noticeable tannin taste. Exactly the green tea I was looking to enjoy right now.

WOW! The smell of this is like freshly cut grass without the allergic reaction! Great smooth taste too. Steeped this for about 20 seconds in below boiling water. I think a lower temp water with a longer steep would make it even better.

Another day, another monkey picked tea. Drinking again at work.

Smooth and woodsy. Aromas of tree bark and moss. 30 second steeps all day with boiling water. Good tea for staying alert at work.
