The sarsaparilla in this blend is lovely. The blend isn’t extraordinary, but it makes a nice herbal tisane for times when you don’t want caffeine.

I normally can’t stand the taste of chamomile, but this actually sounds like it is blended with enough stuff that it might be okay for me. Sarsparilla? Yum!

There is a lot of chamomile still, I wouldn’t suggest it for those who don’t like chamomile. If you want a sarsaparilla blend, try Earth’s Herbals (https://www.earthsherbal.com/store/p19/Rootbeer_Tea.html). IT is the best rootbeer tea I’ve tried yet. It has some chamomile, but not enough to really taste it. The sarsaparilla is strong, some vanilla flavour, anise, and spearmint leaf. It is my go-to herbal when I can’t sleep. It’s worth it just to order the one tin and pay the shipping (that’s how good it is!)

Bio

I am a biochem major hoping for a career in research genetics and evolutionary biology. I love science fiction and spend too much of my time reading comic books. I’m a passionate keeper of spiders, cacti, and exotic plants. I eat a vegan, plant-based diet for moral and environmental reasons (I mention this only because it is relevant to which flavoured teas I drink).

I drink mostly flavoured and low caffeine teas/tisanes, but I will try anything twice. As far as pure teas go, I gravitate towards whites, yellows, and jade oolongs. I’m always open for trades and sample sales/exchanges. Message me any time :)

My cupboard is mostly up to date. For a more comprehensive list, see my stash spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-HjWKR3um-xEnj6HC9vMvKXOAyj_bpW5u_2ixEC20-k/edit?usp=sharing
