drank Organic Sencha Green Tea by Eden
16 tasting notes

well… let’s say although this tea really reminds me of good uji matcha, it also reminds me of very bad and low quality green tea.
that mixed together in fannings and dust and you get eden organic sencha.
it’s cheap and i really can’t recommend buying this.
not much of a chi here and a rather unpleasant feeling in my head towards headaches with 2 steeps of 75 °C and 20seconds.
it might have some good quality leaves in there, but it can’t keep up the mixture when there is low quality dust in there too that makes the tea rather brown than green and throws out a lot of tannins early.
but hey.. according to the company’s website it’s gluten and wheat free. wow!

Flavors: Hay, Umami

165 °F / 73 °C 0 min, 15 sec 3 tsp 4 OZ / 120 ML
