I don’t drink blooming teas very often, mostly because I don’t want to take the time to sit back, relax and watch the tea bulb unfurl. But, today, I wanted to sit back and do just that.

This is a beautiful blooming tea that tastes as good as it looks. My glass teacup wasn’t quite tall enough to view the full extension of the tall white blossoms but, I still enjoyed what I saw. And the flavor more than makes up for the inability to experience the full height of the bloom, because this is one of the better tasting blooming teas I’ve had. The white tea is the first thing I notice – soft and even a little creamy. I taste the jasmine along with the lily, and I like the taste that the combination of these two flowers create.

Very lovely.

I am obsessed with tea!

The reason I’m no longer writing for SororiTea Sisters is because I am now the Mad Tea Artist for 52Teas:

I’ll still be posting occasional reviews on teas here on Steepster, mostly backlogged reviews because I’m way behind on getting reviews posted. That’s why I’m keeping two accounts active at the current time – so that I can get those backlogged reviews posted.

My favorite teas are Yellow Teas with most Oolong teas at a close second. As far as “flavored” teas go, I love Earl Grey, Chocolate and Jasmine teas.

I also am intrigued by flavored teas with an unusual or unique flavor combination, which is why I was very excited to be the Mad Tea Artist of 52Teas!
