Light steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight —> honey, earth. (Taste) slight earth. light -→ green, honey, spices, spicy, smoke.

Medium steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight earth. Light honey. (Taste) light —→ earth, honey, green, spices, spicy, smoke.

Heavy steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight —> earth, honey (Taste) medium -→ earth, honey, spices, spicy, smoke.

All in all a wonderful tea. I rate a 100 as I can find nothing wrong with this tea.
