drank Oolong by Sun Tea
2 tasting notes

I bought this tea at a tiny Russian tea shop because it had a wonderful, flowery Oolong smell. I still haven’t managed to get quite the taste that the smell promised, but I think that is due to non-optimal brewing time/tea amount. I will experiment more with this one!

Flavors: Butterscotch, Flowers

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 1 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 3 OZ / 100 ML

Bio

Growing up with a tea-loving mother (something of a rarity in black-coffee-Norway), I learned to drink tea at a fairly young age.

Among my favourites are light Oolongs and high grown black teas such as Darjeeling, but I also drink a lot of other green, white or black teas. Not a big fan of flavoured teas, although I sometimes buy some old friends such as the Swedish Söderblandning – just for the happy memories it evokes.

As I live in a small town in Nortern Norway, I buy most of my tea online, or on my travels. Teas and teapots make the best souvenirs! :)
